Damages were minor in a two-vehicle mishap at 9:46 a.m. Dec. 26 on Interstate 80 in Tunkhannock Township. State police at the Fern Ridge barracks said one of the vehicles involved in the accident was a PennDOT snow plow dump truck.

Police said Kenneth Comcowich, 49, of Moosic, was driving that vehicle when it pulled out from an authorized vehicle pull off located in the center median. Police said an eastbound tractor trailer, operated by Robert N. Secules, 49, of Allenwood, was in the right lane at the time and the passenger's side plow struck its driver's side mirror.Police said both vehicles continued east on the interstate and pulled off into a truck stop about five miles east of where the impact occurred.No one was injured in the mishap.
