Tonight at approximately 6:30 p.m., Kyleigh SIMCSUK, a 4-year-old white female, was abducted from Delaware Avenue in Palmerton.

The child was abducted by Timothy SIMCSUK a 25-year-old white male, 5 ft 8 inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes.The abduction occurred after he assaulted the child's caregiver, investigators are reporting. He fled the scene with the child in a dark green minivan with either a Pennsylvania of California registration. Direction of travel is unknown at this time.Please call 9-1-1 with any information.
