Marian High School students sponsored a "Giving Tree" for the 13th year in a row, spreading Christmas cheer to young and old alike. Student Council members (front) Arianna Srinivasan and Nicholas Hopeck; (back) Austin Paisley, Kassandra Mantz, Mary Susan McAndrew, Lukas Damian, with the assistance of other students, parents, faculty, staff and administration members collected dozens of gifts to be distributed through the organizations Catholic Charities in Lansford and Catholic Social Services in Scranton. Sister Bernard Agnes, IHM, is the Marian Student Council adviser.
