Kline Jr., of 6059 Memorial Road, Germantown, $937.97, on property at 433 Glennwood Avenue, Tamaqua; Shree RK Realty, LLC, $6,483.84, on property at 855 West Penn Pike, West Penn Township; John P. Davidovich, 306 Skye Drive, Lake Harmony, $1,504.55, on property at 308-310 Washington St., Tamaqua; Joseph G. Koperna, $1,136.18, on property at 8 Elizabeth St., Rush Township; Tyson E. Zancosfsky and Lynn A. Zancofsky, $868.98, on property at 65 Mahanoy St, Tamaqua; and Kim A. Laird, $1,028.70, on property south of Blue Mountain, Andreas, West Penn Township.Panther Valley School District filed suit seeking a judgment against Keith A. Krapf and Angela Krapf alleging they owe $983.80 on property at 29 Bull Run St., Coaldale.Shenandoah Valley School District filed suit against Joseph A. Mazzella and Christopher Mazzella, of 86 Leslie Lane, Jim Thorpe, alleging they owe back taxes in amount of $850.95, on property at 217 W. Coal St., Shenandoah.Bench warrantDavid Edward Dahms, 37, of 125 E. High St., Coaldale, was brought to court on a bench warrant and after a hearing the bench warrant was dissolved by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin and his bail revoked and he was committed to the county prison to await trial on charges of possession of a controlled substance and giving false identification to police. He was out on bail but when he failed to appear for a court hearing last April 16 a bench warrant was issued to bring him to the county prison to await a hearing.Wanda Jean Larochelle, 42, of 77 Snyder St., McAdoo, had her bench warrant dissolved by Judge James P. Goodman and her bail reinstated with conditions she must reside at 402 Hazleton Apartments, Hazleton, and must notify the court of any change and must pay $194.38 to the district attorney's office for the bench warrant. She faces trail on charges of criminal conspiracy, theft from a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property, criminal attempt to commit credit card fraud, and driving while her license was suspended.Credit card suitsPortfolio Recovery Associates, LLC, Norfolk, Va., is seeking a judgment against three credit card holders for default in payments on monies allegedly owed.A suit was started against Andrew Kenopensky, 176 Archery Club Road, New Ringgold, seeking judgment for $2,658.24 plus interest and costs.A suit was started against Melissa Engleman, 1413 Valley Road, Tamaqua R.D., seeking a judgment for $1,082.20 plus interest and costs.The third suit was against Mary Lazur, 311 Hauto Highway, Tamaqua R.D. seeking a judgment in amount of $3,288.97 plus interest and costs.Capital One Bank, USA, NA, of Glen Allen, Va., is seeking a judgment against Scott D. Neff, 313 Market St., Tamaqua, in amount of $4,282.91.Mortgage suitBayview Loan Service, LLC, Coral Gable, Fla., filed suit against Tammy L. Jones and Helen M. Fulmer, also known as Helen Fulmer Morgan Jones, alleging they have defaulted mortgage payments on property on West Penn Pike Road, West Penn Township, and seek judgment in amount of $180,000.Bank of America, NA, Simi Valley, Calif., filed suit against Joan A. Rappold alleging she has defaulted payment on property at 71 Hunter St., Tamaqua, and seeks a judgment in amount of $18,650.51 plus interest and costs.Revoke ARDAndrew Owen Bensinger, 27, of 125 Penn St., Tamaqua, was removed by Senior Judge D. Michael Stine from the Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition (ARD) probation program and now faces trial on charges of possession of a controlled substance and operating a vehicle without an official inspection certificate.He was qualified for the program because it was his first criminal offense. Last April Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin placed him in the program for 12 months. Had he completed the program his record could have been cleared.
