Christopher J. Serina, 33, of 239 Cedar St., Tamaqua, was cited following an Aug. 30 incident in Tamaqua.

Police were dispatched to Cedar Street at 2:15 a.m. for a domestic incident. On scene they spoke with Serina's mother, who noted she had been involved in a heated argument with her son. He left the apartment but smashed the front door's glass pane on his way out.Serina was located in the area of Broad and Greenwood streets in a highly intoxicated condition and was bleeding from his hand. He was transported to St. Luke's Miners Hospital, Coaldale, but then refused treatment.He was cited for disorderly conduct.
