Ten defendants received hearings in Schuylkill County court on petitions brought by their probation officers to revoke their probation or parole.

Michael Charles Hill, New Ringgold, had his probation revoked by Judge John E. Domalakes and he was recommitted to the county prison to serve the balance of his sentence with 332 days of liberty disallowed, extending his maximum date for release to Jan. 11, 2015.He had entered guilty pleas to criminal conspiracy - burglary of the Petritsch Lawn and Garden building, West Penn Pike; home of William Hill, 221 Pine Hill Road, New Ringgold; and unauthorized use of a vehicle belonging to Christopher Redner, 80 Pine Hill Road. He was cited by West Penn Township police. This was his second revocation.Christopher Lance Buck, 27, Frackville, had his probation revoked by Domalakes and recommitted to the county prison with a loss of 323 days at liberty which extended his maximum date for release to Jan. 16, 2015. He also was ordered to undergo drug and alcohol evaluation and the court would consider parole if the defendant is accepted into an inpatient rehabilitation program.He had pleaded guilty to theft of seven sheets of inspection certificates from the Auto Diesel Electric, and Canteen Vending Service, West Mahanoy Township. This was his second revocation.Michael Edward Dillman, 31, Frackville, had his probation revoked by President Judge William E. Baldwin and was re-sentenced to serve six to 12 months in the county prison with credit for serving 70 days. He also was ordered to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation while in prison and recommended for in-patient treatment he may be paroled only to such a facility.Dillman had pleaded guilty to harassment by cell phone and received a probation sentence.Jane Ellen Bruno, 46, Pottsville, had her probation revoked by Baldwin and was re-sentenced to serve four to 12 months in the county prison with credit for serving 36 days and must undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation. Bruno had pleaded guilty to charges of forgery and was placed on probation.Charles J. Wilson, 30, Ashland, had his parole revoked by Baldwin and was recommitted to the county prison to serve the balance of his sentence and 33 days of liberty added to the maximum time of release. He received credit for spending 68 days in prison. Wilson pleaded guilty to retail theft. This was his third revocation.Anthony Joseph Swetavage, 30, Shenandoah, had his probation revoked by Judge Charles M. Miller and re-sentenced to serve two to 23 months in the county prison with credit for serving 36 days. He pleaded guilty to making terroristic threats and was placed on probation.Jeremy Michael Lutz, 30, Pottsville, had his probation revoked by Miller and was re-sentenced to time served to 12 months and received credit for serving 78 days. He had pleaded guilty to criminal trespass on private property in New Philadelphia.Tyler J. Smith, 27, Mahanoy City, had his probation revoked by Miller and was remanded to the county prison to serve two to 12 months with credit for serving 37 days. Smith pleaded guilty to terrorizing his wife and was placed on probation.Deborah Ehlinger-Arena, 59, Shenandoah, had her parole revoked by Miller and was recommitted to the county prison to serve the balance of her sentence. Her 326 days of liberty were disallowed and added to his maximum time for release which was extended to Oct. 3, 2014. She pleaded guilty to retail theft.Brian Lee Dietrick, 42, Ashland, had his parole revoked by Judge James J. Goodman and was committed to the county prison to serve out his original sentence without credit of 56 days of liberty. He will not be eligible for parole before Jan. 16, 2014. He pleaded guilty to retail theft.
