Cancer survivors, along with their friends and family members, were treated to a free cancer survivors celebration picnic on the grounds of the Simon Kramer Cancer Institute in New Philadelphia. Standing around a memorial photo for John R. Anczarski are, from back left, "Doc" David Moylan of the institute, father John J., mother Joyce, and aunt Mary Anczarski. In Front are brothers Jamie, 19, and Jadyn, 15, Anczarski. 19-year old John R. Anczarski was killed in New Mexico in May of 2011 after a motorist struck him during his cross country bicycle trek to raise awareness for breast cancer research.
