Four subdivision plans approved in Carbon

Four subdivision plans in Carbon County received the green light recently.

During the monthly meeting of the Carbon County Planning Commission on Tuesday, the board reviewed and approved for subdivision plans around the county. They are as follows:• Jeffrey D. and Shelly L. Williams proposed a lot line revision at B601 Birch Road, Holiday Poconos, Kidder Township. The plans call for combining two lots to create a .821-acre plot.• Frederick R. and Nancy J.G. Collins proposed a subdivision at 1545/1595 Hazlewood Road, Towamensing Township. The plan calls for subdividing a 13.803-acre lot into a 10.576-acre plot and a 3.227-acre plot.• Robert Pittel proposed a subdivision at 382 Evergreen Lane, Lausanne Township. The plan calls for subdividing 18.885 acres into a 12.885-acre lot and a six-acre lot.• Robert and Bonnie Bergstresser proposed a subdivision at 2400 Indian Hill Road in Franklin Township. The plan calls for subdividing 17.962 acres into two lots.In other matters, the commission also held its annual reorganization.Members in attendance voted to keep Al Feuerstein, chairman; Fred Bresswein, vice chairman; and Ted Nagle, secretary.
