Swimmers enjoy an early evening dip on a hot, muggy Independence Day at Tamaqua Bungalow Park. A few miles away at Tuscarora State Park, the lake re-opened to the public after a high bacteria count closed the beach to bathers on Wednesday. Others chose to stay indoors and enjoy the comfort of air conditioning.
