ANDREW LEIBENGUTH/TIMES NEWS St. Luke's Hospital - Miners Campus has hired Jacob Schuster of Slatington as their new Nutrition Services manager. Schuster, who previously worked at the Bethlehem campus, graduated from Northhampton Community College, where he received his cerfitcation for dietary management. "In addition to providing nutritional meals, I am focused on providing the highest in quality to all our patients and staff," said Schuster. Schuster serves fellow employees in the cafeteria of the Coaldale Campus.
