They were married June 2, 2007.Retirement fundThe market value of the Schuylkill County Retirement Fund continues to spiral because of a very active wall street stock market.County Controller Cristy Joy, secretary of the retirement board, announced the market value as of Wednesday, May 8, was $112, 288,720.33 which is a new record high.Joy reported during the month of April five members received an annuity totaling $1,150,454; seven members received refunds totaling $17,734; one member received a rollover totaling $108,935; one member passed away with his spouse pension reduced to $548.53 per month; two members passed away with a pro rata pension of $699.Credit card debtRemit Corporation, Bloomsburg, filed a suit to court alleging Kim M. Satori, 55 E. Market St., Sheppton, East Union Township, owes $1,113.02 on credit card payments.Cach, Denver, Colo., filed suit against Clara E. Drasher, 46 E. Grant St., McAdoo, alleging a balance of $5,886.22 is owed on her credit card payments.Dismiss chargeA charge of theft against Breanne Newton, 29, Pottsville, was dismissed on motion made by District Attorney Karen Byrnes Noon to nolle prosequi the charge and the motion was granted by President Judge William E. Baldwin.Noon said the victim, Eagles Social Lodge, of Pottsville, received full restitution and did not wish to continue with prosecution. Newton was the closing bartender at the club and was charged with theft of $420.
