HARRISBURG - Senator David G. Argall (R-29) hosted New Zealand Parliament member Dr. David Clark during his visit to the United States on Monday.

"Dr. Clark's visit offered us a unique opportunity to discuss how different, yet similar, our legislatures work," Argall said. "On his Fellowship to the United States, he is exploring mechanisms to engage disenfranchised citizens, policies and programs aimed at reducing the wealth gap, models to improve social mobility, and theory and practice in the separation of powers."Senator Argall introduced Dr. Clark on the Senate Floor during Session.Dr. Clark is a member of the House of Representatives in New Zealand's Parliament. He serves as his Party's Economic Development Spokesperson, Small Business Spokesperson, and a member of the Senior Economic Caucus.
