This year's Carbon-Tamaqua Telethon benefiting the American Cancer Society will again offer a Salute to Survivors.

During this segment, survivors are introduced and encouraged to talk briefly about battle their with cancer.Salute to Survivors is scheduled for Saturday, April 6 at 8:30 p.m. The telethon airs live from Penn's Peak just outside Jim Thorpe.Survivors are asked to confirm their appearance at
