Tanya Schmitt, 41, of 40 E. Abbott St., Lansford: Required financial responsibility on Jan. 7 at 4:20 p.m. on E. Abbott Street; Dakota Appleby, 21, of 328 E. Fell St., Summit Hill: Obedience to traffic control devices on Feb. 6 at 7 p.m. on the 300 block of W. Kline Ave.; a 16-year-old girl from Summit Hill was cited for traveling down a one-way street on Tunnel St. on Feb. 20 at 8:56 p.m.; Christopher Crook, 24, of 173 W. Ridge St. Apt. 5, Lansford: Driving under suspension and driving without a license on Feb. 20 at 9:03 p.m. at Ridge and Sharpe streets; Alphonso Dalessio, 35, of 835 N. Lynn St., Bethlehem: Driving under suspension and discontinuing turn signals on March 9 at 11:33 p.m. on Dock and Ridge streets.Nontraffic citations were issued to Stephen Palmer, 44, of 12 E. Kline Ave., Lansford: Harassment on Feb. 11 at 8:24 p.m. at 12 E. Kline Ave.; and Veronica Doerr, 25, of 216 W. Bertsch St., Lansford: Violation of borough's animal nuisance ordinance on Feb. 9 at 6:52 p.m. at 216 W. Bertsch St.
