Galle.Daniel Patrick Kelly, 31, Moosic, on a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol, was placed on parole for six months after spending four days in the county prison. While on parole he must pay a fine of $500, pay $100 to SAE (Substance Abuse Education) fund, $50 to CJEA fund, $60 to Schuylkill Medical Center - South, a $50 monthly supervision fee, attend alcohol highway safety school, and driver's license suspended 12 months. On a summary charge of failing to drive on roadway laned for traffic was fined $25 plus $50 costs. Kelly was cited by Trooper Mathew Barrett when stopped on Blaine Street in Kline Townshiip.David Alyn Lapp, 48, Pine Grove, on a summary charge of following too closely and striking the rear of a car driven by Karie Miller in the 500 block on North Tulpehocken Street, Pine Grove, was fined $25 plus $50 costs. Flail, througha third party, Tara Rae Kuzio, at her place of wortk at the Fairlane Village Mall by asking her deliver a threatening message.Mortgage defaultBank of America filed a suit against Christine Atkinson, Frank Atkinson, and Richard Oehrig, 247 Doney Run, Weatherly, alleging they are back in payments on the mortgage on the property at 409 E. The suit alleges the principal amount owed is $35,141.08 plus interest and costs.GMAC Mortgage, LLC, filed suit against Arthur and Patricia Ann Welch, 268 North St., Kelayres, Kline Township, claiming the mortgage on their property at 266 North St., Kelayres, Kline Township, is behind payment and faces foreclosure. The principal owed on the property is $143, 427.59 plus interest and cost.Bank of America filed suit against Sean Michael Stover and Jennier L. Stover, 49 W. Miner St., Coaldale, claiming they are behind payment on the mortgage on their property and face foreclosure. The principal balance owed is $60,947.01 plus interest and cost.Bail HearingsSenior Judge D. Michael Stine after a hearing revoked the bail of Jamie Paul Robbin, 33, Pottsville and remanded him to the Schuylkill County Prison without bail and without prejiudice to file a petition to establish bail. Robbin faces charges of endangering the welfare of a child and simple assault.Christian Trace Gauker, 50, Pottsville, had his bail modified by Judge Stine with stipulations he must reside at 534 N. Centre St., Pottsville, and is not to relocate without prior court approval, shall not consune, possess or transport any alcohol or drugs and must maintain gainful employment.Gauker faces charges of aggravated assault by attempting a physical menace by firing a shotgun in a densely populated section of the city, simple assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, harassment, public drinkenness, and driving while under the influence (DUI) of alcohol.Craig Theodore Taylor, 23, Shenandoah, had his bail reduced to $10,000 unsecured bail by Judge Stine with stipulations he must reside at 247 S. Wylam St., Frackville, if his sister allows him to live at this address, shall not consuime, possess or transport any alcohol or drugs and must seek gainful employment. He faces trail on charges of DUI of drugs, and possession of drugs.Under state ruleDevin David Drey, 22, Schuylkill Haven, who had pleaded guilty last November, was accepted in the state's Intermediate Punishment Program (IPP) and was sentenced by Judge Charles M. Miller on two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance in Schuylkill Haven to serve 24 months in the program with four months spent in a institutional therapeutic community, two months in community based therapeutic community, and six months for treatment in an outpatient facility.
