Michael Stine after a hearing revoked the bail of Jamie Paul Robbin, 33, Pottsville and remanded him to the Schuylkill County Prison without bail and without prejiudice to file a petition to establish bail. Robbin faces charges of endangering the welfare of a child and simple assault.Christian Trace Gauker, 50, Pottsville, had his bail modified by Judge Stine with stipulations he must reside at 534 N. Centre St., Pottsville, and is not to relocate without prior court approval, shall not consune, possess or transport any alcohol or drugs and must maintain gainful employment.Gauker faces charges of aggravated assault by attempting a physical menace by firing a shotgun in a densely populated section of the city, simple assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, harassment, public drinkenness, and driving while under the influence (DUI) of alcohol.Craig Theodore Taylor, 23, Shenandoah, had his bail reduced to $10,000 unsecured bail by Judge Stine with stipulations he must reside at 247 S. Wylam St., Frackville, if his sister allows him to live at this address, shall not consuime, possess or transport any alcohol or drugs and must seek gainful employment. He faces trail on charges of DUI of drugs, and possession of drugs.Under state ruleDevin David Drey, 22, Schuylkill Haven, who had pleaded guilty last November, was accepted in the state's Intermediate Punishment Program (IPP) and was sentenced by Judge Charles M. Miller on two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance in Schuylkill Haven to serve 24 months in the program with four months spent in a institutional therapeutic community, two months in community based therapeutic community, and six months for treatment in an outpatient facility.
