State police at Lehighton are investigating a scattering of rubbish incident.

Mark Stephen Zettlemoyer, 49, of Reading, reported someone has been depositing rubbish on is property at Lot 10, John Rhoades subdivision, on an area of land near 3275 Forest St., in Towamensing Township, Carbon County.The scattering of the rubbish has occurred during the time frame of Feb. 25 to March 2, troopers said. Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at 610-377-4270.
