A Carbon County man is facing charges following an incident that occurred about 6:45 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 23.

State police at Fern Ridge said Nicholas M. Capriglioni, 20, of Albrightsville, was cited for harassment for allegedly repeatedly kicking the front door of the home at 5 Shelley Drive, Towamensing Trails, Penn Forest Township, and making unreasonable noise when a 26-year-old female at that residence would not answer the door.
