The Alzheimer's Family Fun Festival and Walk committee will meet at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 5, at the Tolman House, 32 Race St., Jim Thorpe. Meetings will be held the first Tuesday of each month.

During the meeting, the group will begin planning the annual walk, slated to be held during the Alzheimer's Family Fun Festival and Walk in October at Mauch Chunk Lake Park.The goal is to raise money to help find a cure for Alzheimer's, a disease that robs families of their loved ones well before their deaths.
