An employee of a Monroe County business has been charged with theft and access device fraud.

State police at Fern Ridge identified the suspect as Wendy Shaw, of Effort.According to troopers Shaw was employed at Kinsley's Shoprite in Brodheadsville, Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County. While employed there she would enter manufacturer coupons and store coupons into a computer and then create gift cards for her personal use.Troopers said the incidents occurred during the period of Dec. 1- 4, 2012.
