A Schuylkill County woman is the victim of a theft incident.
State police at Frackville said unknown criminals removed an oil voucher for 100 gallons of heating oil from the residence of a 60-year-old woman who resides at 126 W. Ogden St., Girardville.Troopers said the theft occurred sometime between 5 and 7 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 25.The voucher was removed from the front door of the residence.
