A Monroe County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident that occurred about 6:05 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 23, along SR209 in Chestnuthill Township.

State police at Lehighton said Roger Alan McConell, 43, of Kunkletown, was stopped operating a 2003 Nissan pickup truck. He was found to be under the influence. The DUI charge is pending blood test results, troopers said.
