State police at Frackville are investigating the theft of an all terrain vehicle (ATV) from a Schuylkill County site.

Vaughn G. Vesay Jr., 29, of 117 Coal St., Cumbola, Blythe Township, reported someone removed his 2001 Honda 400EX, four-wheeler, ATV from the back yard of his residence. The theft occurred sometime between 10 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 23, and 10 a.m. on Sunday.The ATV is described as having no front or rear fenders, with the valve cover removed. It has a red frame, red handle bars, and an after-market exhaust.Troopers are also investigating a criminal mischief incident. Someone smashed the front door pane and glass at the residence of Francis Joseph Kabana, 69, of 611 Wyoming St., Tuscarora, Schuylkill County, about 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 22. A snow ball was used to cause the damages.Anyone with information concerning either incident is asked to call troopers at (570) 874-5300.
