A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident that occurred about noon on Friday, Feb. 22, along SR901 in North Manheim Township.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said David Norman Murphy Jr., 24, of Orwigsburg, was stopped while eastbound after being observed crossing the center line several times.He was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest. The DUI charge is pending blood test results, troopers added.
