Brendan Morgans, an eighth-grade student at Panther Valley Middle School, left, recently represented PV at the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association District 10 Intermediate Band and Orchestra Festival, held at Saucon Valley High School. Brendan is pictured with PVMS band director Joe Ogozalek. This was the third year in a row that Morgans played trumpet at the District 10 Band Festival. He is also a member of the Junior High Basketball Team, Carbon United Soccer Club, and Lansford Babe Ruth baseball team. He is the son of Rick and Jacqui Morgans of Nesquehoning.
