A driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following a one-vehicle crash that occurred about 4:15 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 4, along SR209 in Polk Township, Monroe County.

State police at Lehighton said Ronald Lee Mackes, 54, of Gilbert, was involved in a crash at the above-stated location and time.He was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest for DUI.Troopers said charges will be filed.
