Kaitlyn Keich, daughter of John and Jeanine Keich of Hometown, has been named to the dean's list for the fall semester at Kutztown University.

The 2010 graduate of Tamaqua Area High School is a member of Kutztown's junior class, majoring in secondary education with a concentration in social studies. She earned a 4.0 grade point average.The granddaughter of Vince and Beverly Vilcheck of Summit Hill and Ethel Keich of Tamaqua, Keich also graduated summa cum laude from Lehigh Carbon Community College in 2012 with an associate in arts degree in education. She is a member of the Kutztown University Dance Team, the Association of Campus Events, America Reads Program at Kutztown Middle School, the History Club and is a Disney College Campus Representative.
