A Schuylkill County man has been charged with criminal mischief following an incident that occurred about 2:26 a.m. on Thursday, Jan.31, in the area of 414 Oak St., in West Mahanoy Township.

State police at Frackville said John F. Yagielniskie, 28, of Girardville, was observed damaging the left front tire on a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee, owned by Dana Marie Lally, 33, of Girardville, while parked at the above-stated location.
