One individual was injured in a one-vehicle crash that occurred on Thursday, at 9:27 p.m., in Delano Township, Schuylkill County.

According to State Police at Frackville, Victor Yuengling, 30, of Carlisle, was operating his 2007 Cadillac Escalade SUV south on Interstate 81, near mile marker 134.7, when he traveled off the right side of the roadway.The vehicle proceeded to travel in an easterly direction up an embankment and struck several trees before coming to rest. The impact caused disabling damage to the vehicle.Yuengling was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash and the air bags were deployed. He was treated at the scene by Ryan Township EMS personnel for immediate medical concerns and a possible neck injury.Yuengling was then transported to the Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center in Wilkes-Barre for further medical evaluation.Assisting at the scene were fire companies from Barnesville, Delano and McAdoo.The vehicle was towed from the scene by Interstate Towing, Mahanoy City.
