Michael C. Diven, 30, of Shippensburg, will be cited by Rush Township police following an incident on July 17.

Diven stopped his vehicle at the Hometown Turkey Hill Minute Mart shortly before 4 a.m. When he exited his vehicle, a marijuana bowl fell out of his pocket and onto the lot.He will be charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
