One of two drivers involved in a collision in Schuylkill County has been cited.

State police at Frackville said the crash occurred about 2:55 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 20, at the intersection of SR443 (Clamtown Road), and Wildcat Road, in Walker Township.Troopers said Jacob W. Seibel, 23, of Tamaqua, was driving a 2001 Dodge Neon eastbound on 443 while Christina M. Noecker-Donmoyer, 41, also of Tamaqua, was stopped in the eastbound lane in a 2003 Subaru Forester waiting to turn left onto Wildcat Road.Troopers said the Neon struck the Forester in the rear. After impact the Neon traveled about 20 feet and came to rest on the south side facing east. The Forester traveled about 25 feet after impact and came to rest on the south side facing east.Seibel, Noecker-Donmoyer, and her passenger, Keith Tucholski, 50, also of Tamaqua, were all not injured.Troopers said Seibel was cited for driving a vehicle at a (un) safe speed.
