Three Reading residents escaped injuries in a one-vehicle crash at 12:14 p.m. Dec. 14 on State Route 895 (Summer Valley Road) in East Brunswick Township.

State police at the Frackville barracks said Alejandro Ortiz-Lebron, 48, was driving the 2000 Dodge Dakota westbound when he lost control of the vehicle while driving on the snow-covered roadway. Police said the vehicle left the roadway and struck a dirt/rock embankment, after which time it flipped over, coming to rest on its wheels on the south side of the roadway.Police said an examination of the vehicle revealed its tires had insufficient tread which will result in the driver being cited for several traffic violations.The passengers were identified as Wilbert Camacho-Rivera, 39, and Carlos Pagan-Rivera, 32.
