Lehighton baseball, girls track team get wins

The Lehighton baseball team, the Lehighton girls track and field team, and the Jim Thorpe tennis squad all captured victories yesterday afternoon.

BASEBALLES North-LehightonLehighton improved to 4-2 (2-1 MVC) on the season with a 5-3 Mountain Valley Conference victory over East Stroudburg North.Four Indians had two hits on the day with Jacen Nalesnik (one run, two RBI) wielding the big stick with a two-run home run in the third inning (his second homer of the season).
