James Mariani, of Kearny, N.J., has been cited by state police at the Lehighton for criminal mischief in connection with an incident at a Monroe County business.

Pollice said the incident was reported at 6:35 p.m. Dec. 11 at the Luna Rosa Cafe, SR209, Polk Township.It is alleged by the owner, Silvio Vitiello of Gilbert, that Mariani damaged the bathroom at the cafe.The man was also cited for disorderly conduct.
