The Pocono Mountain Regional Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in finding this fugitive from justice, Jose Santiago-Miranda.

Miranda, an admitted "Blood" gang member, is wanted for robbery with a deadly weapon and related charges stemming from an armed robbery which occurred on Monday, Dec. 3, in Tobyhanna, Coolbaugh Township.Miranda has previous arrests for weapons violations in New York and is linked to a second armed robbery at the PennMart on SR196 in Tobyhanna which occurred on Nov. 29.When attempting to serve the arrest warrant at his residence, his paramour reported that he may be suicidal as well or may be attempting to return to New York.A previous address in New York is 1665 Randall Ave No. 4D, Bronx, N.Y. He should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers.
