A Carbon County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident that occurred about 8:29 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 30, along Bridge St., near Summit Avenue, in Lehighton.

State police at Lehighton said Ronald Scott Gould, 44, of Lehighton, was stopped operating a 1994 Nissan pickup truck for several traffic violations.He was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest for DUI, troopers said.
