State police at the Lehighton barracks arrested Stephen J. Steigerwalt, 34, of Lehighton, for harassment and public drunkenness following an incident at 12:35 a.m. Nov. 24.

The incident happened in the area outside Beer Goggles Bar in Lehighton.Police said it is alleged Steigerwalt struck Frank T. Miller Jr., 31, of Albrightsville, and was also in an intoxicated state, yelling and causing a disturbance.
