A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following a traffic stop.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Clay Harrison Rinehart III, 23, of Orwigsburg, was stopped about 2:25 a.m. on Nov. 6 along SR61, just south of Liberty St., in West Brunswick Township, for having a headlight out which was caused from striking a deer just prior to the stop.He was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest, troopers said.
