Hearings to dissolve bench warrants and fix bails were held before county judges in Schuylkill County court.

David Timothy Osenbach Jr., 31, of 12 Log Lane, New Ringgold, had the bench warrant issued to bring him into court dissolved by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin and bail was reinstated with the conditions he reside at 228 Canal Street, Lehighton, and must no relocate without prior permission from court, and must attend all future court proceedings.A bench warrant was issued for his arrest when he failed to appear last May 25 for a preliminary hearing before a district judge.Osenbach faces charges of receiving stolen property belonging to J.C. Hill Tree Farms, of 123 West Rausch Road, East Brunswick Township. Information filed to court by Trooper Melissa Kuper claims on Aug. 9, 2011, tools identified as taken from the tree farm were in a truck belonging to Osenbach found on a railroad bed.Marvin Marion Nowling, 50, of 125 E. Coal St., Cumbola, Blythe Township, after a hearing before Judge Dolbin the bench warrant was dissolved but bail was revoked and Nowling was remanded to the county prison to await further proceedings.The warrant for his arrest was issued after he failed to appear last Aug. 15 for an appearance in the county court. Nowling faces charges of theft of a debit card belonging to Nicole McCormick Cory and criminal conspiracy filed by Saint Clair Patrolman Marvin Sterner.Joseph James Redner, 34,of 80 Pine Hill Road, New Ringgold, had his bench warrant dissolved by Judge James P. Gooldman and bail reinstated with the conditions he shall continue to reside at the New Ringgold address and cannot relocate without court approval.Redner faces a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol filed by Tamaqua Patrolman Karl Harig, on Nov. 27, 2010.Bail hearingsA reduction of bail was granted to Crystal Joy Milner, 26, of 19 N. Walnut St., Lansford, by Judge Goodman who fixed bail at $5,000 unsecured bail. Milner faces charges of possession of illegal drugs brought by Tamaqua Patrolman Thomas Rodgers, last June 27.Roosevelt "Dante" Warden, 44, of 400 Pine St., Tamaqua, received a hearing before Senior Judge D. Michael Stine on his petition for bail modification and after a consideration the judge concluded that the monetary $50,000 straight cash bail is warranted and the modification of bail was denied.Warden faces charges of unlawful restraint, recklessly endangering Andrew Darrohn, simple assault, and theft of his wallet brought by Tamaqua Cpl. Henry Woods, who reports last Oct. 12 Warden stopped the victim in front of Freddy's Pub on Mauch Chunk Street, and pulled a knife and demanded money.Shawn A. McFarland, 36, of 447 Nichols St., Pottsville, was granted his motion by Judge Stine to reduce his bail from $25,000 percentage cash to $5,000 percentage cash with the stipulation he reside at 339 Laurel St., Minersville, and is not to relocate without court approval and have no contact with the victim in this case.McFarland faces charges of burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief, theft and receiving stolen property filed by Minersville police who claim he took a laptop computer from the home of his ex-girlfriend, Melissa Day, 142 North St.
