The Tamaqua Elementary Parent Teacher Organization will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12 instead of the original Tuesday date.Fifth-grade parents will meet at 6 p.m. The meetings will be held in the Tamaqua Elementary School Library.The meeting change is due to the appearance of the Harlem Wizards, who will present a show on Tuesday, Nov. 13, in the Tamaqua Middle School gymnasium.Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. and the game will begin at 6:30 p.m.St. Peter's UnionThe Rev. The public is welcome to attend.Tamaqua's annual Veterans Day Parade will be held this Saturday, Nov. 10. Parade formation will begin at 9 a.m. at the former Maff Motors, 900 E. Broad St.The parade will begin at 10 a.m. and travel west on Broad Street.The event is sponsored by the Tamaqua American Legion, C.H. Berry Post 173.Calvary EvangelicalThe Rev.
