Pocono Mountain Regional police reported on two driving under the influence (DUI) arrests, both occurring on Saturday, Oct. 27.

About 2:30 a.m. police stopped a vehicle along SR311, near Midway Road, in Tobyhanna, for a vehicle code violation. The driver was identified as Rafael Dionysius, 49, of Pocono Summit.He was found to be under the influence and was transported to the Pocono Medical Center (PMC), East Stroudsburg, for a blood test. The DUI charge in pending the test results.At 10:21 a.m. police on patrol along SR196 in Tobyhanna, Coolbaugh Township, stopped a vehicle after observing it weaving in traffic. The driver was identified as Kelly Harrison, 23, of Tobyhanna. She was found to be under the influence and failed field sobriety tests.She was then taken to PMC for a blood test. The DUI charge is pending the test results.
