A Carbon County resident was cited for an incident in Schuylkill County. State police at Frackville said the incident occurred about 4:40 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 28, at the residence of Pamela Lynn Keiser, 30, of 6 Third St., Kelayres, Kline Township.

Troopers said Keiser and Josh Frank Christman, 30, of Weissport, had a verbal argument over Keiser receiving free drinks from another male at a Halloween party the two were attending.The argument became physical after Keiser asked Christman to leave her residence. Christman allegedly made physical contact with Keiser by pushing her while he was gathering his belongings to leave.He was cited for harassment, troopers said.
