State police at Frackville are investigating a harassment incident that occurred in the Schuylkill County borough of New Philadelphia.

Troopers said about 6 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 21, they responded to 74 Wiggan St. for a reported disturbance. On scene troopers said they discovered that Denise Ann Barton and a 15-year-old female reported assaulting each other.Troopers said the investigation into the incident is continuing and charges are pending.
