The Tamaqua High School Class of 1962 hosted its 50th anniversary reunion Sept. 22 at Top of the 80s in West Hazleton. Class members attending included: first row, from left, Judy Brode Kellner, Margaret Gilfert Clemson, Daisy Hoppes Ginter, Louise Markel Schock, Cheryl Pickenheim Thomas, Cheryl Willing Comisac, Diane Wagner Malay and Sally Lou Mantz Mateyak; second row, John Malay, Joseph Gustus, Sondra Hutchinson Meyers, Darlene Reedy Zeckam, Andrew "Jimmy" Milot, Dennis Gimble and Samuel Rover; third row, Eugene Student, Ernest Comisac, Thomas Eltringham, John Howell, Joseph Kotchmar, Albert Motz and Richard Boyer. Also at the reunion was Gary Myers. The class attended the Tamaqua Hall of Fame football game, followed by a social gathering.
