Zion Stone Church youth put their best face forward for comedy show

The West Penn Zion Stone Church's Youth Group held a comedy show recently at their church.

Advisors were Dave and Adele Snyder, Darryl and Charlotte Fritz, Mike Miller, Joy Hauck, Kyle Snyder, Marianne Storch and Ken Mateyak.The group has been very active in helping others with events such as the 30-hour famine walk in the Horses and Horizons

T.L.C.'s walk-a-thon, visiting shut-ins, participating in "Souper" Bowl Sunday (where all the donations go to the Tamaqua Salvation Army), and participating in the church service on Famine Sunday.The group usually meets the second Sunday of the month at 7 p.m. in the church auditorium and is open to anyone in grades 6 to 12.

Youth group members not pictured were Sam Postupack, Timmy Lehman, Deysha Smith, Makenna Storch and George Hegedus. In addition to the comedy show, the group is very active and help others by holding a 30 hour famine, walk in the Horses and Horizons T.L.C.'s walk-a-thon, visit our shut-ins, participate in "Souper" Bowl Sunday (where all the donations go to the Tamaqua Salvation Army), participate in the church service on Famine Sunday, and many more actives through out the year.
