A Tamaqua driver was involved in a one vehicle crash in Lehigh County in which he was cited.

State police at Fogelsville said James J. Baddick, 33, was driving a 2003 Chevrolet Tracker northbound on SR309 about 2:57 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 3, in Lynn Township. He was negotiating a left curve when he lost control.The Tracker spun counter-clockwise and traveled onto the east shoulder where it flipped onto the driver's side.The vehicle came to rest on the shoulder on the driver's side. Baddick was not injured but damages were disabling to the vehicle.Baddick was cited for driving a vehicle at a (un) safe speed, troopers said.
