Rush-Ryan seniors

The Rush, Ryan and Delano Senior Citizens Inc. met Sept. 11 at the Ryan Township Fire Company with 42 members in attendance. The business session was conducted by Vice President Nancy Godonis. A moment of silence was held in observance of the lives lost on 9/11/2001.Chaplain Kathleen Valentine offered an invocation. Reports were presented by secretary Gloria Gerhard and treasurer Shirley Becker, who both offered inspirational readings. Birthday wishes were extended to Rose Valee, Betty Brobst, Joyce Krell and Jane Tarter.The group meets the second and fourth Monday of every month.
