State police at Lehighton are investigating a criminal mischief incident that took place between in Ross Township 8:30 p.m. Sept. 2 and 1:45 a.m. Sept. 3.

Someone cut the side of a pool at 609 Golden Eagle Dr. owned by Glenn P. Haddock, of Saylorsburg.Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call police at (610) 377-4270.
