Classes were held today for the first time in the new Mauch Chunk Junior-Senior High School following flag raising exercises on the school grounds. Charles Weitrich, chairman of the Citizens' Committee, made the presentation of the flag pole, response being made by William C. Freundtt Jr., vice president of the school board. The enrollment is: 230 boys, 207 girls 437 total.
