ANDREW LEIBENGUTH/TIMES NEWS Members of the Carbon County Navy Club Ship 260 held a flag retirement ceremony recently at the No. 9 Mine and Museum on Lansford. Organizers Robert Siesputowski, ship historian and Chaplain, and his wife, Althea, spent time showing visitors proper ways of handling, storing, displaying and folding the American flag.
