A New Ringgold man was charged with harassment after an argument over money in a parking lot on Aug. 31.

Samuel Parker Miller III, 23, was charged by state police at Frackville, who said he was arguing with Nathan Karl Fisher, 25, also of New Ringgold, in the parking lot of a borough minimart at 3 p.m.The two were arguing over the amount of money they were exchanging when Miller punched Fisher in the right eye, cutting it and causing it to swell.
